The Live Well Collaborative is an academic-industry organization that helps companies develop products and services that promote living well across the lifespan. The work at Live Well is highly collaborative and multidisciplinary, bringing together diverse partners to create solutions that address the complex needs of a wide range of users. During my time at the Live Well Collaborative, I have worked as a Communication Designer and researcher on projects with several branches of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, as well as Procter & Gamble.

Cancer and Blood Disease Institute (CBDI) at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center
The Live Well team worked with CBDI to develop patient personas for Cancer Survivorship. These highly researched personas were created as an accessible resource to provide faculty and staff with a foundational understanding of human-centered design. We also collaborated with CBDI on the development of a wellness booklet for an initiative called CRP-Well (Cardio Respiratory Program for Wellness), with the goal of encouraging and empowering Cancer Survivorship patients to prioritize their wellness.

Procter & Gamble
The purpose of the project I participated in with Procter & Gamble was to better understand what drives the purchasing behaviors of aging consumers when it comes to fabric and home care products, particularly through digital channels. My team and I conducted numerous in-home and virtual interviews with older adults and caregivers, along with extensive secondary research, before developing several consumer profiles and a comprehensive presentation highlighting our key findings.
